Quality Control

Our company sets up Quality Assurance Department consisting of dozens of persons. It has established performance test room, purchased test equipments and instruments such as sulfuration tester, pulling experimental machine, analyzer scale, etc. which are able to carry out test of rubber properties according to American standards；And aiming at features of rubber productions, we added the projector so as to improve test precision of the products.

   In accordance with requirements of ISO9001：2008 system, we have drawn out a complete quality assurancy system and passed ISO9001：2008 standard auditing in 2009. In order to adapt to demands of users of auto industry, the company is boosting certification work of TS 16949 standard.
